Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure a speedy telephone and message service at all times.

4. Ensures that all areas of responsibility are properly staffed, supervised and operating smoothly.
5. A front office manager must have the ability to control, plan and direct the front office.
6. He must have the ability to gauge traffic of guests, likely reservations and expected turnouts
Training and Education Requirements
For becoming a front office manager at least a high school diploma is required but there are many candidates who complete a degree and a special course in hospitality and hotel management.
